We strive to deliver products purchased from RuffnTumblekids in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

Outside Lagos Depends on DHL Shipping rates as calculated by package weight
Free Delivery within Nigeria on orders above 150,000 Naira.
Our Flat Shipping rate of 1,000 Naira applies only to Lagos deliveries as stated above. In some cases, the flat rate charge may slightly exceed actual shipping costs.
* Delivery times go into effect the business day after you place an order.
For International Orders, Standard shipping cost (within 2 kg) is stated on the Checkout page. If the package goes beyond 2kg, the additional amount will be paid by the Customer.
Delivery within Lagos takes up to 24 to 48 working hours.
Delivery outside Lagos takes up to 2 to 5 working days.
Delivery for International package will take up to 3 to 4 weeks.
Update (January 2022)
Henceforth, all Pay-on-Delivery (POD) packages will be delivered by Ace Logistics, a third-party delivery service.
Please note that POD is only available for Lagos deliveries for now. With time, we will make it available to other states across the country.
Local (In-store) Pick-up
Customers within Lagos now have the option to pick up their packages in our store at Ikeja GRA, the Happiness Center. It goes without saying that you won’t be paying for shipping.
Please note that this only applies to our GRA store at the moment. We hope to make local pick-ups available in other states soonest. Please bear with us.
